Payer Update for BCBS Nebraska

TELCOR has identified a recent process change with BCBSNebraska impacting payment timelines. As of November 1, 2025, BCBSNE adjusted its payment schedule and will no longer issue payment on claims until they are more than 21 days old. This is an increase from the previous and typical 14-day turnaround.

This change underscores the importance of confirming payer processing timelines when investigating payment delays, as not all delays indicate a claim issue or underpayment.
